Applying to SUNY schools is a two step process.
You may use the Common App to apply to many SUNY schools. However, if you are eligible for fee waivers, you should use the SUNY application for SUNY schools and save your College Board Fee Waivers for other schools.

. The first step is to complete the basic application and send a copy of your transcript and SAT/ACT scores for each school to which you are applying.

A
. Once you submit the online application at www.suny.edu, you must address an envelope to the application processing center in Albany. You should turn this part of the application in to the college office.

B. You must include your application fee (or fee waiver) with this part of the application, unless you pay by credit card online.
1. The application fee is $40 per school.
2. Fee waivers are available for eligible students here.

C. The major university centers –Albany, Binghamton, U of Buffalo and Stony Brook require that you have your SAT scores sent directly from The College Board

D. You must include the online school counselor form which is available here:

. The second step is to complete the supplemental application for each individual school and/or for the EOP programs at the individuals schools.

Supplements must be sent directly to the individual campuses.
Bring stamped and addressed envelopes to the college office as you do with all other applications.
